We offer several programs in our 180 HP Super Decathlon ranging from exciting aerobatic rides to a basic aerobatic instructional course. Learning spins and/or aerobatic flight is an excellent way to increase your confidence and piloting skills. And of course it's fun too! Call Steve to get started! Aerobatic Rides

• 20 minute ride tailored to your interest and tolerance
• Inverted Flight, Loops, Slow Rolls, Hammerheads, Cuban Eights, Immelmans and more
• Non-pilots welcome!
• Includes preflight briefing
• Club Member Cost $85
• Non-Club Member Cost: $100
• Cost includes parachute rental

Spin Training

• Preflight discussion of spin avoidance, entry and recovery
• 45 minute flight focused on practicing spin entry and recovery
• Post-flight Q&A
• Must be at least student pilot
• Club Member Cost: $150
• Non-Club Member Cost: $175
• Cost includes parachute rental

Aerobatic Intro

• Preflight discussion of aerobatic flight including basic maneuvers
• 45 minute flight with instruction and student practice of Coordination Maneuvers, Stalls, Aileron Rolls, Loops, and Inverted Flight
• Post-flight Q&A
• Must be at least student pilot
• Club Member Cost: $150
• Non-Club Member Cost: $175
• Cost includes parachute rental

Basic Aerobatic Course

• 5 lessons.
• Must be at least private pilot.
• Learn to perform the following maneuvers:
• Coordination maneuvers
• Stalls
• Aileron rolls
• Slow Rolls
• Inverted Flight
• Loops and Half Loops
• Immelmans
• Half Cuban Eights
• Spins
• Basic Sequence

Super Decathlon

The Super Decathlon is the best aerobatic trainer available and is capable of all Sportsman and Intermediate aerobatic figures. It is configured optimally for aerobatic flying with aerobatic sighting device, symmetric wing, full inverted fuel and oils systems, new factory metal wing, 180HP engine, Hooker 5-point aerobatic harnesses, skylight, airshow smoke system and aileron spades for easy rolls. Certified +6/-5 g, takeoff roll less than 500 feet, climbs at 1300 FPM.
